HP Photosmart 7525 won't print blue - new cartridge

HP Photosmart 7525 won't print blue. If it was all colors not printing, I'd need a new printhead. Let me know the part number just in case I try to buy a new one anyway. I've done the diagnostics, turned the printer off, cleaned the printhead with Q-tips. No change. Any clues?

I asked if there is a solution to the problem and asked for the part number.

Thank you, I found a part number. The customer support link simply referred back to the community after many minutes of finding the serial number. If I decide to get a new printer, it seems that HP does not have a printer that can print colorful flyers with quality. Do you have a recommendation for my next printer if I cannot fix this one with a new print head?
