Product: HP Photosmart C4680 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I try to print, it pulls one page completely through the rear door of the printer, then pulls a second page halfway into the printer, then stops and says it's out of paper (there is plenty of paper).

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Out of Paper" error. 

 

Please try these steps - 'Out of Paper' Error

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

None of those solutions will help. My printer is pulling a sheet into the printer, not printing on it, then sending it through the rear printer door and out. It then pulls a second sheet halfway into the machine, doesn't print on it, and then puts on the Out of Paper error message, even though there is plenty of paper.

This looks like a hardware issue.

There is no regional support center in my state for HP Photosmart C4680 printers. Why is that?
