We recently changed internet providers and I cannot get the printer connected to the new router. I followed all the steps in the various message boards and am coming up empty. The network SSID is no longer showing a name we recognize as a previous wifi of ours after clicking restore defaults on the printer. I also am not showing wireless options on my utilities screen on the PC. I am about to throw the printer away.

Also, I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it and now it isn't showing up in my applications anymore which is how I used to scan...which is exactly what I need to do now, but it will not connect.

HELP.

@eliepeekharris, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I would recommend you follow the steps from the document No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

If the issue persists, I'd like to know the following-

What is the make and model of your router?

Is your router dual-band?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
