Product: HP Photosmart 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I've tried cleaning and aligning cartridges and printheads - to no avail. I've removed ink cartridges to try using a paper towel soaked in mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. Substantial black ink residue was removed, but black printing still did not resume. What else can I do to resolve this issue? The black ink cartridge is HP and brand new.

Sometimes you have to run the cleaning 3 to 4 times.
