Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When powering on printer blue screen with code C4EBA341. And i know this problem was cause of cancel to clean printhead process without completing with shut down the printer.Have tried repeatedly to reset the printer, but no luck.And i have tried your hp forum suggestion of Directly plugging in to the wall outlet,but all in vain. Any suggestions?

Is the carriage moving freely? Are you able to access the ink cartridges? Are any printer lights blinking?

not blinking any light of printer ,not moving cartridges but printer rarely goes to Normal condition and work completely and also show screen items.but if i turned it then again the problem occurred.

Did you update the printer firmware?

 

Meanwhile, follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 
  2. Remove USB cable, if present. 
  3. Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge. 
  4. Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer. 
  5. Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
