HP-Print-4F-Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay, my wife just bought a HP-Print-4F-Officejet Pro 8620.  I set it up and it connects to my router just fine (using the wife password I put in) however the printer will not connect to my laptop, phone, etc.  Tells me it's the "wrong password" even though it worked fine when connecting to my router.  I've reset the printers settings to default 3 times, logged back into my wifi and continue to get this problem.

This shouldn't be an issue but it's always something.

Any help?

@P-T-R, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Looks like you are trying to use the WiFi Direct feature to print. This document HP Printers - Printing with Wi-Fi Direct for help.

If not, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
