24 hours ago my printer decided it would not print wirelessly and I can't get the USB cable(or what I think USB cable to work either) I download software and said it couldn't reconnect and the printer page test results say there is no filterin

I have no  idea what to do. Someone else posted the same issue over a year ago.

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

I have a HP Officejet 5745 it is connected to my home network the printer is connected to the same network I am not connected to a VPN I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the software will not load onto the computer I have tried everything I keep getting a error 5 Admin message please help

The Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter helps you automatically repair issues when you're blocked from installing or removing programs. It also fixes corrupted registry keys.

First, you'll need to download the troubleshooter.

Once the software is removed, download the printer full-featured software and try printing.
