Okay, before I changed the ink cartridge my printer started to print in yellow and green tones.  It did print correct for about five-six copies, then it changed to yellow/green.  Therefore I changed the cartridge (all of them since it was low) HOWEVER that did not help.  I followed the recommended steps by printing on a doc the colors, yellow, green, blue and black.  Okay now the black is printing out green.  Yikes what is happening with my HP Printer now???

Help, I don't know what to do.

Hi,

Try following step 4 below to clean the printhead and check if that may help:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-6700-premium-e-all-in-one-printer-series-h711/4322...

If that doesn’t resolve the problem, it will likely require to service or replace the printer.
