I recently updated to Windows 10 from 7 Pro. I no longer have the HP 8710 app from which I could print , scan, and fax. The HP Smart app does not list the fax function. What do I do to make it work?

Hi.

Follow HP Easy Start and be sure to select to install the HP Full Feature Software for your printer, this will provide you the same interface and capabilities as you refer to:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_10_5_4216_12.exe
