X576DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been the unlucky owner of an HP X576DW printer for several years.  The unit has had problems out of the box, but because of the difficulty interacting with support or the time it takes to resolve an issue, I have allowed the problems to fester.

Now my unit is suffering from what many have called "printhead" errors related to the cables, and I notice that there is mention of manufacturing defects related to certain production runs.  My unit is certainly among this batch.

I have been a loyal HP customer for literally decades, and currently own 5 other HP units that ended with the 8600 series.  I have seen reference to a number where people have received replacement units based on their serial #.

Does anyone have this 800 number?

Thank you.
