Product: HP Z5400 (Prod# E1L21A)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HPZ5400 (Prod# E1L21A) printer. The lid for the cartridges is stuck open. This happened after replacing one of the colors. It is not "broken" but it seems the printer did not like the sequence when installing the new cartridge. Any clue on how to resolve this? I already tried the power on/off trick few times already.
