Hi,

 

Does refilling HP62XL cartridges has an legal obligations? Anyone can refill the cartridges and use them in there own product?

 

For example,[edit]

 

These guys are selling the product , claim they support HP62 cartridges, I am planning to sign contract with them to take dealership for selling the product along with the cartrdiges. Is there any risk? or any violation of patents? 

 

Please help me with information.
