HP deskjest Ink catridge Failure

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows Vista


I have installed brand new cartridge from HP. But still I receive message in the display saying INK cartridge failure. 

Its irritating. I tried with two new cartridge. I installed new firmware. I checked for online solutions. But no use. There is not a proper service center I can contact.

If the issue still persists,

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link -
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
