I ask for a friend of my parents. He has a problem with his printer. The printer doesn't print the bottom part of the paper, so not all lines with letters are printed. I read the manual on the HP site, but i can't figure it out. How do i solve the problem for this man, hes about 75 and can't do it himself. * sorry for my English, i'm Dutch, i hope u understand my question though.

Ty in advance.

I know there is a margin, i printed myself before. But when u have form example a page on microsoft Word, u expect he prints it out as shown in Word. And not without the bottom xx lines. Isn't there something u can change. No1 a solution?
