After the first replacement of the black cartridge, the printer does not print black (the printer has been used for 1.5 years). I use HP cartridges only. The printer does not show errors. Drivers updated. The ink cartridges have been cleaned.

The nearest service (information on your website) didn't answer because «this type of communication is not available» for them.

There are no contacts and the ability to write to the support service on your website. It took me a long time to find at least some advices how to solve my problem.

If it is not possible to eliminate my problem, it was my last purchase of HP equipment. I will certainly leave
reviews about quality and technical support everywhere.
