HP envy 5530 printing unreadable

Lenovo
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My 5530 was printing correrctly but suddenly half of the upper line is not printing so I get only the bottom half of words.

I have tried another cartridge and allignment and cleaning cartridge and driver update but no change.

When I try hp doctor the program freeze at the end.

Can somebody help me?

Hello, 

 

Try making a Copy of  a document and check .

if the issue  persist, you may perform CLEAN PRINTHEAD/CARTRIDGE for 3 times.  Now print a document. If issue still persist, its time to replace/service the printer. You may have to get in touch with HP Tech Support by clicking https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

Thank you for your fast reaction.

What I did meanwhile is to drop the cartridge in low water during 3 minutes as somebody wrote on internet and YES it works back again.

So many thanks and I hope my solution will help a lot of people
