I rarely print at home and the problem is always the same no matter what printer I have used in the past, anyway here’s my problem. I have recently replaced my black ink cartridge exactly a month ago printed two pages, today I wanted to print a document and no luck, print quality so poor it’s barely readable. Cartridge is full and there was not enough time for the ink to dry up. I have run the Print Doctor, troubleshooting procedure, reinstalling drivers and software, checking ink level, cleaning heads, aligning etc. but no luck. In the past I have either replaced the cartridge or simply bought a new printer but the next time I wanted to use it I have experienced exactly the same problem as now. I’m sick and tired of big corporation taking advantage of home users. I refuse to buy the virtual printing service on principle, I rather buy a new print cartridge. One would think that a giant corporation would stand behind their product and let the ink level run out to at least quarter full before blocking the cartridge. I have never bought refilled cartages’ or refilled them myself always an original product. In conclusion HP product simply lacks the quality, costumer support none existent, simply put - it sucks.
