The HP instant ink website will said due to there being an error, they cannot send out any more tri-colour ink, even though the ink has run out. The printer itself flashes with a message saying there is an error with the colour cartridge and it needs to be taken out, and cleaned. If that does not work it needs to be replaced - but I cannot get anymore ink on instant ink until the error is resolved.
Help much appreciated.
