I have about four HP Printers working on both Mac's and PC's. I have used HP for many years. I have never had any issues in the past like I am having now. Nine times out of 10, none of my printers will work. I am constantly finding myself rebooting my computer to try and reestablish connection. I have discussed this with HP's technical support, which after five or six hours will get the printer working again for about a day or week. Something has happened to HP that has tarnished its standing in the community.
Looking to make a change to another vendor.
