5275 printer

Hi ,

I have created a case with HP to update my printer warranty dates, I have provided all details to them

I have purchased 5275 Inkjet Printer on 3 May 2019 . So according to this Base warranty should start from

Start Date : 3 May 2019 and End should be on : 2 May 2019 .

but  HP database I see  warranty Start Date is : Aug 9 , 2018

and End date is Oct 7 , 2019.

Now  I have purchased an extended warranty for 24 months and I am seeing HP's database is showing 14 months warranty.

I gave invoice copy but why HP is not able to update dates in their database.

Is it so much difficult to solve a simple problem?

I think HP's warranty team is not doing their job properly.

Thanks

Chandrashekhar
