Product: Office jet Pro 8725
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I get a printhead missing message.  It's very frustrating and I don't know what to do.

Hi,

 

Since when did this issue start? did you try changing cartridges or anything?

Please refer to the below document

you will have to remove and reinstall the print heads and then try again.
