Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with setting up time on the printer.
Let's try these steps -
1) From the printer's control panel. touch Setup menu. Option#6 in the below picture is the Setup.
2) Touch Preferences.
3) Touch Date and Time.
