Hello

My printer is connected with a LAN cable to a router (port 1), and so is my pc (port 2).

I try to print but the printer stays in offline mode.

When I restart both the printer and the router the problem is solved.

It also happens that when I switch the two cables that go to the router (pc & printer), it works - but not always.

What should i do to make this go away.

I already ran print & scan doctor 5.2.1.

It came up with "recommended updates - there was a problem detected and is now solved."

I have the latest firmware already installed (MCP2CN1910AR)

many thanks for your help in advance

Hello Banhien,

Thanks for your quick response.

However, i already tried the HP print & scan doctor, it didn't work for me!

It is a network communication problem i believe.

Everytime i startup the pc always the same problem!

greets

Luwie
