Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i reset the printer, deleted the printer and re installed the drivers.  it prints email and pdfs but not from a website

I have gone through your post and I would like to help

 

Are you facing this issue only on a particular Website?

 

If possible please try using a different browser and let me know if you are able to print from a different browser

 

Meantime ensure your Mac and Printer have the latest updates
