HP Photosmart 5520

When I try and print an email/attachment from my HTC One M9 wirelessly on my HP Photosmart 5520 I get an error message saying that the "Print Spooler has stopped". Then I get a message saying that "This printer isn't available right now".

I can print photos from my phone, and any type of document from our computers (both USB connected and wireless).

The print queue is empty.

What should I try next?

Thanks.

Hi,

This is something to do with your phone. Your phone use Android 5.0

Please use Google Play to install HP ePrint app to your phone and try again.

I was using HP Print Service Plugin, which seems much simpler. Do I need to disable this?

Thanks
