When I try and print an email/attachment from my HTC One M9 wirelessly on my HP Photosmart 5520 I get an error message saying that the "Print Spooler has stopped". Then I get a message saying that "This printer isn't available right now".
I can print photos from my phone, and any type of document from our computers (both USB connected and wireless).
The print queue is empty.
What should I try next?
Thanks.

Please use Google Play to install HP ePrint app to your phone and try again.
