Product: HP photosmart 7520
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I can not print photo's from the photo tray. Normal the tray will move forward, but not any more?

I suggest printing using HP smart app link:

Use HP Smart for mobile devices to print, copy, scan, troubleshoot printer issues, and set up a printer on a wireless network.

NOTE: 

This document is for the HP Smart app on Android or iOS mobile devices. If you are using a Windows 10 computer or a Mac, go to Install and Use the HP Smart App (Windows 10) or Install and Use the HP Smart App (Mac).

Click here for details, and once you hit on print under more opting u can change the setting.
