HP Photosmart 6520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP photosmart 6520 printer display freezes upon power up.

Upon power up display screen briefly shows home screen then displays error code

B82D65DC and finally "Please turn printeroff, then on".  Have tried wireless config

and hard reset by disconnecting power cable and restarting printer.  Internet search

hold down power button and cancel on display screen.  Not sure cancel "X" is option

on 6520 printer but manual shows it as option on control panel display.

Problem started when I attempted to configure wireless printing option.
