I upgraded to M 10, fixed all Norton security alerts, still would not work. Uninstalled printer and reinstalled
Printer reportsays everything is good to go.,.yet says printing and nothing happened . Spooling cleared as all documents cleared between tries ..no luck.
Unplug and replugged..no luck

Please download and run the HP Smart App from https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06097800 that should fix the issue.

Unfortunately did not work including had been using HP smart..it did install bug the wireless connection would not work despite uninstall/ reinstalls etc. The printer itself will print a report and show connected with the wireless address...i have resorted to using USB from now on.
