HP 3630 printer

I have a HP printer series 3630. It prints and scans well on all our computers except the Acer Aspire notebook. The page is too big so that the icons are off the page and cannot be seen. How do I reduce the page size so that it fits?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this on the Acer PC:

Change the display scaling to 100%.

Steps :

  1. In the Windows desktop, right click and select “Display Settings”
  2. Look for “Change the size of the text, apps, and other items”, if the default is more that 100%, navigate the bar to 100%.

The other option is to enable “Auto-hide the taskbar” in Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. This will help to access the whole screen display.

Hope that helps!
