Printer HP Envy 4527 product no: J6U61B

80% of black text appears blurred

have tried re-alignment, cartridge cleans, printer reset and software uninstall.

any suggestions to remedy? Many thanks

Does the same happen whole copying too?

 

If you've tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/model/11534751/d..., it could be a possibel hardware or a cartridge issue.

 

You may try a different black cartridge. If issue still persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
