Every single time when I even attempt to touch this device something bad happens. Either I have to reinstall the system, the drivers, search throgh 1000 pages of google looking for fix, or the egyptian plagues begin, If you are reading this do not buy even a single product of theirs. It is a scam to get you to buy more ink. I believe I have lost two ink cartridges trying to fix a problem of theirs as the printer would print the document by itself repeatedly. These cartridges probably cost more than the printer itself so well they profit 🙂 If you are an employee just go look for a job elsewhere, your company is **bleep**. Would be nice to be able to contact an employee live so I could discuss the issue but I guess they do not have the resources to support 50 roles for a whole country 🙂
