Product: HP 3730

There is some sort of latch under the printer cartridge carriage and it seems to get stuck up and then snarls the paper. It’s made of rubber and won’t press down. Maybe used to clean the cartridge? Any ideas how to stop or fix this please as can’t print and shredding paper! Thank you Just out of warranty too...
