Product: HP Officejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My month-old HP Officejet 3830 won't print from Word.  It prints from Excel, email, PDFs, etc., but not Word.  I just printed a spreadsheet, but it wouldn't print a letter.  The document appears in the queue, the printer makes its little "I'm about to do something" sound, then it disappears from the queue, and the printer makes its "finished" sound.   I re-booted the printer, but still no luck.

HP Recommended

I ended up converting the Word doc to a PDF, which did print, so the problem is specifically with Word.
