I've deleted the software and the printer and reinstalled it. It connects then when I go to print, it can't find it again. I'm connecting via Netgear wireless modem

No, the print scan doctor is not available for the MAC PC at the moment.
Also, to make sure the connection more stable, I would suggest assigning a static IP address. You can check the step 11 in the document my colleague shared.

I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the wireless network connectivity issue on the printer. Is that, right? I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for you response. It appears rebooting the router, printer and computer in that order helped. I did want to comment about the HP Print and Scan Doctor. It states it is for WIndows only and I have a MAC. Is there a HP Print and Scan Doctor for MACs?
