A while back, installed a black ink cartridge that was almost expired, printer started having problems, that cartridge is long gone, but now I cannot print. Error message 0X61011bed, problem with printer or ink system. Have unplugged printer, unplugged from wall, etc. Probably a prong jobs in queue, sent from my Samsung 9 via printershare app. Don't know how to cancel them all. Are there instructions for a complete printer reset. Thank you.
