I have a reasonably new HP 6954 Office Jet. It now keeps telling me to turn it off and back on. But each time I do that it says there is a problem with the printer or print system. If this continues contact HP Error 0x6100004a I have turned on and off multiple times. Cartridges are on the right, I guess stuck

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
