Problem has been ongoing for several months now.  Even with new ink cartridges, my HP 6975 is steadfast in its refusal to print any cyan.  HP support isn't helpful because the printer is out of warranty.  Any sage advice from the hive mind?  Thanks in advance!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thanks, TEJ1602, but the no-cyan problem still persists.  I'm not sure of the cost-effectiveness of having the thing repaired, especially in the current climate, so it may be time to replace the printer.  Thanks for your suggestions, though, and stay well!
