I have purchase an HP combo pack 74-75 that both were rejected by my printer.  Returned and replaced with New HP 74-75 combo pack that the printer accepted.  Printed about a dozen pages and then the printer errors out  various displays that the cartridge on the right is not intended for this printer or insert cartridge on the right.  I have performed all the maintenance cleaning from this site. These products were shipped in the last 2 weeks.  Is HP having problems with a current run of ink products?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

It could be an issue with the Printer as two sets have failed. Try the steps you haven't from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-photosmart-c5500-all-in-one-printer-series/3575176/model/357...
