Purchased a new printer and out of the box plugged in it seems to have functions already locked on the dashboard. It will not let me change network settings, or add any apps to scan directly to email. I followed the directions to factory reset the printer by unplugging it and holding power button, etc. and this did not work. I also read that the full instructions are not posted on the website and that someone could help me do a real factory reset and these functions should not be locked. I did not create a password nor lock any functions upon the setup of the printer. It is connected to the network direct and not through wifi. Thanks in advance.
