HP8600 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 8600 all-in-one printer that has the print carriage pressed all the way to the right.  I am getting a Carriage Jam error on the screen.

So far I have unplugged, re plugged, clean paper paths, cleaned the carriage path and followed the online video from HP to no avail.  I even got the machine to do a Factory reset via the settings/tools menu and still nothing. I have tried to shut the machine down, unplugged it, pressed the on button to dissipate any remaining charge and manually move the carriage but that thing didn't budge.

Is there anything else I can try before I break down and go buy another printer?
