I changed cartridges using refilled color cartridges. I had a leak in one of the cartridges and had to clean the 'mess'.
Now the 8600 only prints in grey scale when I send a document from the desktop (Win7) computer. Pictures sent from the iPhone provides good color and I get good color when making copies.
Is this 'setup' problem??
Thanks for any help,
Jim
