Defective Printheads on HP8720 Printers

Why doesn't HP provide Customer support and honor their warranties or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing failures?  An expensive printer that breaks down within 3 months after purchase with Basic / Lite household usage.  Not acceptable!

Do a total recall on all printheads for HP8720 printers.  They faile way too quickly with household print shores. Not what we, the customers, expect from HP quality at all.   Please send a recall notice to all customers that purchased the HP8720 and/or send each customer a new and improved printhead that will not fail so quickly with basic print use.

Need to get a NEW and IMPROVED printhead for the HP8720 Printhead which failed after about 3 months of basic lite household use.  Due to the numerous failures, HP needs to recognize that issue and recall the defective printheads.
