Unable to add my HP ENVY 5660 series printer on my new laptop. I have tried it wireless and also with a USB cable   At the end of both ways it says co granulations success.  but when I X out of screen it says not complete yet.  I could save a link on clipboard and finish it later. 

When I search where my clipboard is it says nothing is there   so frustrating.  I have tried at least 10 times to download and yes I uninstalled the program each time and started from the beginning.   I was told that Windows 10 has issues and I cannot download an older printer. Is this true? I don’t want to buy a new printer

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you restarted your computer to check the printer functionality?
  • Are you getting any error message or code while printing?
