Product: hp deskjet 3755

Have a hp deskjet 3755 and the printer is not registering new ink cartridges. Keeps showing no ink installed even though i just installed a new black ink. The ink arlet light is blinking.

Does the error go away if you install the old cartridge?

no it doesn't go away i installed new ink and message still appears
