I just installed this printer. It printed once and now won’t and gives alignment message. I’ve repeated the alignment steps 3x

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Alignment Unsuccessful' Error Message Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
