Hello,

In order to assist you better let me know where do you see this error message ? on PC while you print or on printer display ?

However try the below steps...

  • While the printer is ON, open the cartridge access door. Take out the cartridges.
  • Check for any paper Jam in there.
  • Also try moving the Carriage from right to left and check if it moves smoothly.
  • Unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Connect the power cord directly to wall outlet and the other end to the printer.
  • If printer does not power on automatically then press the ON button to do so.
  • Install the cartridges when prompted.
  • Try printing a document.
Regards,
Jabzi
