Help before I throw this printer out the window!

HP Office Jet 4632
Unknown

This is long so please bear with me.    MY hp Officejet 4632 has gone CRAZY!!!  Listed are some of the problems I need help with.  1)  It has all of a sudden quit pulling any paper through it except regular copy paper.  Anything like cardstock or photo paper it won't pull through but gives me a "jam" message.  2) If I cancel a print job (and it will show it was cancelled and go back to the "home screen" on the printer,  5 minutes later it may start printing the same thing again even though my laptop may be turned off by then.  3)  Even when it does print something right I get a "didn't print" error message  a few minutes later saying that it DIDN'T print.  4)  After #3 happens and it prints correctly and I turn my laptop off for a while (even if it's off 2-3 hours) when I turn it back on the printer will print the same thing again without me wanting to print.   Sometimes this has happened 3-4 time a day.

When I run the print doctor app it says there is an update which I've done at least a dozen times  and the only thing the update does is cause my printer to quit working by wi-fi for a few days and the only way I can print is to use a USB cable.  I've run diagnostics and it says the printer and laptop are up to date and that all drivers are correct.    This printer is only a few years old and I really don't want to have to buy another one so can anyone please help me????  As stated above I am just about ready to throw it out the window!!

Regarding 1 paper issues, it is very likely that you have worn or dirty paper rubber rollers so the printer can't pick a heavier paper that plain paper. And for the 2,3 and 4 that smells like a computer issue ( not the printer ) especially if you are using WIN10.
