HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

Unfortunately I have horizontal white lines on black printing and faded colors as shown in the attached photos.

Tried to align and other options available and the problem didn't resolve.

Supply levels are almost full, never used the printer except for a couple of times.

Almost every troubleshooting link here is expired and leads to an error page.

Horrible Mac support & software, tried connecting it to an hp laptop with no luck too.

Please help!

Hi @Bico7,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer wherein there are horizontal white lines on black printing and faded colors.

This issue could occur if the cartridges are not aligned properly or defective.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Print Quality Problems

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
