Horizontal white stripes in color photos

Colors show horizontal white stripes, no more solid uniform colors. Solid black is OK.
Does this indicate a clogged printhead?
Replace printhead? or other solution?

A clogged printhead could be one of the reasons. Let us try these steps to resolve this print quality issue:

Check estimated ink levels, Replace any low or empty ink cartridges

1. Turn on the printer.

2. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the right arrow .

3. Touch Ink Supplies.

Perform steps 4 and 5 from this document.
