I can't get this printer to scan higher than 200 dpi.  I've downloaded and installed HP Scan Extended and it did nothing.  It looks and acts just like the old one that came with the printer.  I've tried to update the drivers, etc.  Please help!Capture.JPG

Hi,

Click on More > on the top-right side and select Image, then change the resolution up to 300 PPI.

You may also change the Source to Flatbed Glass, then higher resolutions than 300 PPI will become available

Thanks, but it is still the same as before using the Extended.Capture.JPG

You should open the Image tab after clicking More > as instructed, there you will find the PPI setting.
